The Improv Track focused on the fundamentals of Improv Theater, applying the principles of confidence, support, and collaboration, to make something out of nothing together. We practiced confidently bringing our ideas and energy to the table, and meeting others’ ideas with listening, acceptance and support. This fosters an environment of deep trust, which is the bedrock needed for creativity to thrive! Other areas covered included embodying “big” emotions, and establishing a convincing setting and character relationships in every scene that we play.
